Who we are. AIHQ is an internal application of Spekto Investment Holdings LLC, PO Box 21, Saint Charles, ID 83272. Contact: tech@bearlakeluxury.rentals.
What we access. With your authorization, AIHQ reads accounting data from connected QuickBooks Online companies (transactions, accounts, vendors, customers, reports) through Intuit's API. It requests the Accounting scope only.
How we use it. To produce internal financial reports, cash-flow summaries and proposed transaction categorizations for the connected companies. Data is used only for the operations of Spekto and its affiliates.
Where it lives. Data is processed on a private server operated by Spekto in the United States, accessible only over a private network. AIHQ's application credentials, and the key that encrypts its stored authorization tokens, are kept in an encrypted password manager. Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Retention. Report outputs are kept for the operating records of the connected companies. Authorization tokens are stored encrypted. When a company is disconnected its tokens stop working, and AIHQ deletes them the next time it tries to use them.
Disconnecting. An administrator can disconnect a company at any time from the QuickBooks Online Apps page or by contacting the address above. Disconnecting revokes AIHQ's access.
Changes. This page is updated when the application's data practices change.
